Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is my presence required during your cleaning service?

No, our services are designed to seamlessly fit into your schedule.

  • What advantages do I get from having my trash and recycle bins cleaned?

Our service extends beyond mere cleaning; we disinfect, sanitize, and imbue your bins with a fresh scent. Our water, heated to roughly 200 degrees Fahrenheit, eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and viruses. Moreover, we thoroughly clean the exterior parts of the bin, particularly the frequently touched areas like the lid and handle. Our advanced system effectively curtails health risks such as Tuberculosis, Strep, Staph, E-Coli, Salmonella, and Listeria. While most people acknowledge their bins are dirty, they underestimate the hazardous long-term accumulation of microorganisms, viruses, and harmful bacteria, which may also lure pests and rodents.

  • How frequently should my trash and recycle bins be cleaned?

The frequency depends primarily on your individual requirements, although we generally advise having all bins cleaned at least once per month.

  • Do you clean both trash and recycle bins?

Absolutely. We recommend cleaning both types of bins, given the similar potential for bacteria, viruses, and germ buildup.

  • Can you work with Homeowners Associations (HOAs)?

Yes! Given the high demand for our services, incorporating our bin cleaning into your neighborhood's HOA program is a practical move. Please get in touch for more details.

  • Could you explain the cleaning process?

Our sophisticated pressure washing system is the secret behind your spotless bins. Initially, the hydraulic lift elevates your odoriferous bin above our pressurized spray head. Water then flows from our 250-gallon clean water tank into our water heater. This heated water then circulates into the cleaning unit, from where it jets out at 200 degrees Fahrenheit, under a pressure of 3500 psi, and spins 360 degrees to annihilate all dirt and grime. The dirty water is then collected in a separate 250-gallon tank and properly disposed of at a waste station post-cleanings. We use a separate handheld power washer for exterior cleaning.

  • Are your services environmentally friendly?

We are committed to eco-friendly practices. Our cleaning system is self-contained, meaning it collects all dirty water and cleaning agents to prevent any runoff into storm drains. This way, we ensure that the chemicals in our soaps and degreasers don’t harm the local ecosystem.

  • How long does the cleaning process take?

We strive to offer quick and efficient service. The cleaning process for each bin typically takes just a few minutes, ensuring minimal disruption to your day.

  • Do you offer discounts for multiple bins or group bookings?

Yes, we do offer discounts for multiple bin cleanings or group bookings. If you have more than one bin or if multiple residents in your neighborhood are interested in our service, get in touch with us for special pricing.
